Good park, some small issues

We spent a day at Hirsty's and generally had a good time. The Summer Mega Maize Maze was impressive and kept the kids occupied for ages. The Go-Karts were a favorite. We booked a Children's Birthday Party package; the setup was fine, but getting hold of someone to confirm specific details beforehand was a bit tricky. Customer service could be a little more responsive on the phone. Value for money was decent, especially with the family ticket discount. Parking was free and ample. It's a solid family attraction, just needs a small tweak in communication.

Fun visit, lots to do

Visited for the Woolly Winter event. Kids loved the animals and hay bale mountain. Tickets were easy to get. Plenty of activities for all ages. Will come back again.

Absolutely loved Hirsty's!

Hirsty's Family Fun Park is just brilliant! We visited for Halloween Pumpkin Picking and it was such a great experience. The atmosphere was so festive and fun, the kids were running around excited the whole time. The pumpkins were amazing, and the tractor ride was a huge hit. We're definitely coming back for Hirsty's Christmas Experience!

Fun day out for kids

We went for the Summer Mega Maize Maze last month and the kids had a blast. It was a bit busy but that's expected during summer. The cafe food was decent, nothing fancy but did the job. Overall, a good day out for the family, everyone enjoyed it.

Great value, well-maintained park

I booked the family ticket online for the Easter Egg Hunt. The booking process was straightforward on their website. We received a confirmation email instantly. On arrival, entry was smooth, just showed the QR code. The park facilities, especially the Bouncy Castles and Trampolines, were clean and well-maintained. We had lunch at the cafe; the sandwiches were fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful when my youngest got a bit lost in the maze entrance. Delivery wasn't applicable, of course, but the whole experience was well-organized from start to finish.

Are dogs allowed at Hirsty's? Want to bring our furry friend along if possible.

J Jared 1 month ago
Nah, I don't think so. Most farm parks like this don't allow dogs due to the animals.

Pretty sure they have a no dogs policy, except for assistance dogs. Best to leave your pup at home for this one.

Does Hirsty's Family Fun Park take Blue Light Card? My partner has one and we're looking for savings.

A Amber 3 weeks ago
Pretty sure they do! I remember seeing it mentioned somewhere. Worth checking their site or giving them a quick call.

Yeah, they offer Blue Light Card discounts. It's usually a percentage off entry, so definitely worth using.

Is Hirsty's good for a 3-year-old? Like, will they actually have stuff to do or is it more for older kids?

R Raj W. 3 weeks ago
Absolutely! My little one loved the sandpit and the barrel train. Plenty of space to run around too, and the animals are always a hit.

They have stuff for all ages really. The smaller bouncy castles and slides are fine for little ones. The maize maze might be a bit much for a 3-year-old though, might get tired.

How long do people usually spend there? Trying to plan our day but not sure if it's a quick visit or an all-day thing.

M Mike 3 weeks ago
We usually spend at least 4-5 hours, especially with the maze and all the activities. You can easily make a whole day of it.

M Marcus K. 3 weeks ago
Depends on the kids! If they're really into the activities, you could be there all day. If it's just the maze, maybe 2-3 hours.

Is Hirsty's wheelchair accessible? My grandma wants to come but needs to get around easily.

R Raj 1 month ago
Afaik, a lot of it is, but it's an outdoor farm park so some areas might be a bit uneven with grass and paths. The main cafe and shop should be fine.

Most of the main paths and facilities are accessible. The maze itself might be a challenge depending on the ground conditions, but there's still plenty to do.
